1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CoreSeller platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CoreSeller ("we," "our," or "us"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CoreSeller is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables eBay sellers to manage multiple eBay seller accounts from a single dashboard. The Service includes:
- Multi-store management and dashboard
- Inventory synchronization across connected eBay stores
- Order fulfillment and tracking
- Bulk operations for listings and inventory
- Webhook-based real-time updates from eBay
The Service integrates with eBay's platform through official eBay APIs. Use of the Service requires an active eBay seller account.
3. User Accounts and Prohibited Uses
3.1 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and eBay policies
- Providing accurate and current account information
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Sniping: Engage in last-second bidding or auction manipulation of any kind
- Scraping: Scrape, crawl, or extract data from eBay or any other platform outside of authorized API use
- Bulk generation: Automatically generate large volumes of listings in a manner that violates eBay's listing policies
- Fee circumvention: Attempt to avoid, circumvent, or manipulate eBay's fee structure
- Feedback manipulation: Artificially inflate or manipulate seller feedback or ratings
- Search manipulation: Manipulate eBay search results through keyword stuffing, miscategorization, or other deceptive practices
- Policy violations: Engage in any activity that violates eBay's User Agreement, API License Agreement, or marketplace policies
- Unlawful activity: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal transactions
- Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Reverse engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. eBay Integration
4.1 eBay Authorization
To use the Service, you must authorize CoreSeller to access your eBay seller account(s) through eBay's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. By granting this authorization, you:
- Consent to CoreSeller accessing your eBay data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Acknowledge that CoreSeller acts on your behalf when making API calls to eBay
- Remain responsible for all actions taken on your eBay account through the Service
4.2 eBay Policies
Your use of eBay through the Service remains subject to eBay's own terms, policies, and agreements. CoreSeller is not responsible for changes to eBay's platform, APIs, policies, or fee structures.
4.3 Revoking Access
You may revoke CoreSeller's access to your eBay account at any time through your eBay account settings or through the CoreSeller dashboard.
5. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- We only access eBay data necessary to provide the Service
- We never sell or share your eBay data with third parties
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and eBay's data protection requirements
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CoreSeller and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your eBay data. You grant CoreSeller a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Factors outside our control, including eBay API outages or internet disruptions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from eBay policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by eBay on your account
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreSeller, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of eBay's terms or policies
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By you: You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or if required by law or eBay policy
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- eBay OAuth tokens will be revoked
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
